Everyone is a potential candidate. Always carry your business cards and sell the benefits of working at MOLLY MAID. 1.16.4 Sample Recruitment Calendar Again, a key factor in becoming and remaining well-staffed is developing a vigorous and dynamic recruiting strategy. To help yourself make time for all of the things you want to do, make up a recruiting schedule that lists all the tasks related to recruiting and the frequency with which you want to perform them.
