QC INSPECTOR (PERMANENT – FULL-TIME) ABOUT THE JOB

DART has been growing at a rapid pace over the last few years. We are currently seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support our Quality Control department. The candidate will work as part of the quality team to receive/inspect material, verify documents and inspect product for damages. Attention to detail and professionalism are key components of this position.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive and inspect material. • Ensure all necessary paperwork is provided

• Measure products with rules, calipers, gauges, or micrometers • Verify outsource products comply with drawing and identification • Sort through packages and inspect products for damages. • Verify documents (P.O’s & certificates) for conformity. • Other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

• *** Must be able to travel every day to our Hawkesbury facility*** • High School education and technical school training or equivalent experience • Ability to work independently and in compliance with the Quality Management System - Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures. • Critical eye for identifying defects and attentive to details.

WELDER (PERMANENT – FULL-TIME) ABOUT THE JOB

DART has been growing at a rapid pace over the last few years. To sustain this rapid growth, we are now committed to increase our production capacity to meet our customer requests. Reporting to the lead hand of the Large Fabrication department, the TIGWelder is required for production and fitter welding. Responsibilities include, the fabrication of metal structures using jigs and fixtures and the fabrication of custom prototypes from supplied drawings in a high paced production environment. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES *** Must be able to commute daily to our Facility in Hawkesbury, Ontario** • Operate manual welding equipment to fuse metal segments using gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW). • Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening and bending machines. • Review blueprints and specifications; ensure drawings and specifications will function as designed. • Maintain safe work practices. • Perform other duties as required.

• Five years of experience as welder in Aerospace industry. • Experience with Aluminum and Stainless Steel TIGWelding. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner. • Critical eye for identifying defects. • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule. • Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment.
