If you would not recommend the Resort to others, what are your reasons? Or, if you would recommend the Resort to others, what is the first thing you would mention to them as a reason for purchasing a lot?

Great value, great location.
2. Raising HOA and nothing being done with owner who choices to not follow rules
3. One of the nicest resorts in the country with a perfect mix of weather, location, amenities and affordability.

5. I would really recommend the Resort; I have a few complaints but overall, it has so much to offer. 6. Great weather, great looking resort, many activities, nice lots. The negatives, a lot of issues that are unresolved.

8. Would recommend for upkeep, maintenance, governance, staff assistance. Now that we are 30 years older than when we bought our lot, we would also recommend for onsite facilities like dining, hair salon...many and varied activities as well. Sure never planned on HOA fees jumping from $89/month but ORPS has grown so much bigger! We still love it!
9. This is the best RV resort in the South West. Nothing better in CA, NV or AZ.

As a new owner I would say that the inconsistent application of rules has been a source of stress and puzzlement -- I'm not sure why some owners are able to break rules while some are held to higher standards -- example -- street parking, I regularly observe this during the day with no enforcement, however, when parking on the street visiting a neighbor, I was told to move within 5 minutes. One of my neighbors is in a feud with the neighbor on the other side about a lot encroachment issue whilst he has landscaped into our lot, it’s interesting why he is allowed to do this. 15. I don't like the nit picking of the RV's. They should be nice but are never going to be new again. Getting unreasonable. I would recommend the resort for its friendliness. Hoping for an improvement in management.

17. I think it is a great place with good people - for the most part. It is an oasis in the desert.
