During the past four years, successive boards have made more and more inane rules & regulations, particularly the creation of the "A & A" committee, whose sole purpose seems to be to rid the resort of all older units. They have also given renters so many privileges that traditionally were reserved for owners only. There are new rules for this, rules for that, to the point that being here as an owner is much less fun than it used to be. We pay the bills, we support the resort, and yet those of us who don't have the most modern rigs are discriminated against and marginalized by rule-crazy board members whose only concern seems to be to make the resort more attractive to RENTERS! I know the reasoning behind this is to bring in renters in hopes of convincing them to become owners, but it is detrimental to those of us who have been owners for many years.

Good deal financially, golf, pickleball, safe and beautiful.
25. By far, it is one of the most beautiful resorts in the country and a great place to live. Making it even better would bring in more buyers, solidify that the buyer’s investment would be sound and continually appreciate, and bring in more revenue to the park. An example would possible a one time "new property owner" resort land fee. Making the park an overwhelming and exclusive destination would open the doors to a lot of additional revenue possibilities.

28. Beautiful resort, friendly, always enjoy the view coming thru the park, feel very safe, everyone greeting each other with a good morning, aren't we lucky to live here. 29. Improvements / replacement need to step up to maintain 5 star rating. This resort needed to be +55. 30. Beautiful environment and wonderful facilities. We love the golf course. It was the main reason we bought here.

33. Dog relief area behind dumpsters should be on automatic sprinklers that could be coming on different times of the day to wash down smells. Also install artificial turf next to tennis courts that are now being used for Dog relief area and on auto sprinklers to wash down as needed. The artificial turf looks nice and should be able to be maintained properly by staff. Also the dumpster area is not being cleaned and maintained, not 5 star!! Broken glass, trash, dirty most of the time! 34. Too much emphasis on dog owners with total disregard for non-dog people. Golf should be on a pay for use basis, lower fees for people who do not partake. Same for all other activities - if you use it then pay the appropriate fees.
