39. HOA's continue to increase with no appreciable benefits and the resort continues to cater to dog owners at the cost and destruction of the landscape. 40. I would not recommend with the current state of affairs. Our new neighbors have witnessed the hostility and are thinking of selling. Too many people have their own agendas and no one will compromise. I can only ask what is wrong with people.

46. Wonderful facility, proximity to the airport, good (although could be improved) facility maintenance. Excellent facility amenities to cost ratio. 47. The only problem I have is we seem to cater to snowbirds. I like to use the facilities year round, and many things are not available in the off-season

53. Friends have looked here but unfortunately the few old rigs were a bit of a turn off perpetuating a bad image of the lifestyle 54. I have many times and they did buy! But now things have changed. Not as clean. And HOA fees are getting so high that it is getting harder to justify if you are not there at least five months out of the year. 55. Association dues increasing too much. Lot appreciation in value does not condone owning. The difference between owning and renting is negligible. 56. This is a beautiful resort with lots to do and very friendly atmosphere. I have a problem with some of the directors’ agendas like the main thing being a 5 star resort and overfocusing on lot regulations and rigs. Fix the satellite facilities. I had rig washed Nov 25; awning need repair did 27th rec letter date Dec12 rec 28
