OUTDOOR RESORT PALM SPRINGS Membership Survey Would/Would Not Recommend Page 4

59. We have a well-defined set of rules and regulations in our HOA, and we are finally choosing to enforce compliance to manage the aesthetic appearance of our resort, not only for the owners, but for the health and financial stability of our resort.

60.

Beautiful resort with affordable lot prices.

61.

Beautiful resort

62. Beautiful resort with great people with so many activities and finally can play real pickleball there.

63.

Great active living

64. How beautiful the views are and all the amenities and social activities going on.

65.

Not pet friendly.

66. The current value of cost to amenities, the openness and goodwill of current owners and that we are attracting new owners with younger families. These all help to keep a viable resort. 67. Plethora of amenities and activities, particularly tennis, golf, pickleball, and entertainment as well as the number and cleanliness of facilities. However, non- compliant RVs (exteriors not being maintained) inhibit selling ORPS as there are too many eye sores that look like they should belong in a trailer park! Also, whether we like it or not, at least half of the population nowadays own pets and we need to offer more dog parks while still holding pet owners accountable. I have had discussions with a number of renters who comment that they wouldn't buy here because ORPS is dog hostile or has inadequate dog amenities.

68.

74. Despite the rather contentious nature of facilitating change within this resort, I value the community, social activities and amenities.
