97. I would warn them about the very haphazard method of maintaining the common buildings and infrastructure in ORPS. There is little or no organized maintenance. Things get fixed when they break. This is a very expensive method of maintaining and improving the park. Maintenance that should take place over the summer is left until winter.

99. I cannot recommend purchasing a lot in this resort to dog owners. Many RV owners have RVs because they have pets. This resort is the most pet unfriendly resort we have stayed in our 18 years of RVing.

101. Increasing costs. Politics and disagreement among the owners. We’ve been here for over twenty years and enjoyed our time, but things have changed.

110. The culture seems a bit oppressive to those who are not interested in a 1950s high school atmosphere. The 90 pages of rules, with new ones added every month, with assorted grandfathering, is becoming oppressive.

112. For under $100,000, you can have a one bedroom/1 bath "condo", in the desert for approx $400 a month. Best deal in the USA. 113. Pro - weather, location, airport close by, nice lots and facilities. Cons - HOA fee keeps rising, CDN $ keeps sinking, rules for who can use your lot when you are not using it yourself. Enforcement of rules is not carried out. 114. I would recommend due to pickleball, golf, and numerous activities. Get as involved as you like - or not.
