136. So much stuff to do. Great pools, laundry, hot tub, bathroom and shower at each satellite location. Great golf program and course. On-site store and restaurant. 24-7 guards and patrols. Love this place. Thanks 137. You can pick your own sport or activity, and everyone will welcome you and you can relax and enjoy yourself.

139. Would not recommend as Owners are now being nickel and dimed for things like costs to reserve seats for functions at clubhouses, plus cost of alcohol at bar areas.

141. We have a very active community which makes it easy for one to also be active physically. 142. I would recommend to my friends because of the social interaction. I think that having a 50% Canadian ownership brings fun and laughter to the resort, I also think that no age restrictions lead to younger more active owners.

144. The people are the most important item in the park. We had a great deal of dissension in the park when pickleball was brought into the park. The tennis people have been waiting patiently to have La Plama updated to the standards of the pickleball area. It still has not been completed. It needs to be done. 145. Appearance and maintenance of common areas. But mostly all the social activities and groups. 146. Reason for purchasing would be great value for location, onsite amenities, activities and easy access by air, road and as well as outside attractions vis-a-vis restaurants, golf courses, hiking and cultural events 147. Oh heavens, we bought just last month, within 3 weeks of renting. First thing? The most friendliest people, second, how gorgeous everything is/looks/feels.
