169. It is a fun place to go and very clean. People seem to have respect for themselves and their property. Has many amenities for entertainment within the grounds

171. HOA fees are very high now. Too many dogs and problems associated with dogs. Bad attitude of many owners who insist on watering their animals on others property or common property. In fighting between owners and pet owners is getting worse. Dog owners will not respect the rights of all owners and those who do not have dogs.

176. That the resort is a great value for the money. And where one can easily make friends and maintain an active lifestyle. 177. Lack of dog relief areas, too many dogs in our resort in my opinion. Limited space for other activities i.e. corn hole, bocce ball etc. limiting only golf, tennis and pickle ball.

182. I would recommend, due to beautifully maintained resort with a number of excellent amenities, safeguards and social interaction. I would not recommend due to no regulation on units/rigs allowed to move into the park that do not qualify or meet the standards, i.e. class C rigs, some airstreams, and other tractor trailers rigs, that are brought in by owners or rented to outside renters. there does not seem to be any consistent determination and enforcement of those rules, that leads to degradation of the resort as a hole.

184. Not near the place it used to be. Too much politics. Board members all have their own agenda. Trying to get out of the resort 185. Appearance of facilities; lots of options for entertainment; great location; very relaxing and welcoming.

187. The Resort is a wonderful place for vacation and recreational activities. My initial interest was to utilize the features as a vacation location in addition to increasing my net worth as regards to asset value. At this time, the annual expense is viewed as vacation only. The value increase has been non-existent over the past 20 years. Many owners complain to me that their purchase value has decreased by 50%.
188. It is Disneyland for seniors, even though, age is not relevant to purchase.
