210. Such an active friendly resort.
211. This current board scares me to recommend to others. We had a great board of three years that turned this resort 180 degrees. We were making great progress with Vision and Strategic Planning. This board of the past 12 months has turned the clock backwards and attempting to reinvent. They bring their own personal bias to the table and spend more time show boating than making sound decisions. Board meetings are a disgrace to attend. Things are done in secret and materials promised ahead of time are not included in online agendas. They don’t want owners to know how they are destroying the resort.

214. Anti-Resort: They don't have Dog Issues sorted as many Dog owners choose to ignore the existing Rules completely and Management seems to refuse to enforce the Rules. Pro Resort: One of the Most Beautiful RV Parks ever seen.

218. It's beautiful, lots to do and we bought because we expected the resort to put in pickleball and they did. Now they have the real ball.

228. I would likely not recommend ORPS now due to the conflicts and the disgusting dog relief areas around our beautiful club houses and fitness pools. It stinks every time I walk up the stairs to use the pool, or Pickleball, or clubhouse. Plus the HOA fees are getting extremely high and there are no owner advantages to anything anymore. 229. This is my 10th year as an owner and have always recommended this resort to friends. After coming back this fall to the surprise of a golf pro and HOA FEES going up again this year and next year I’m a little reluctant to do so.
