156. La Palma needs upgrading. To keep a five-star resort status, the restaurant and store both need to be upgraded to become 5-star status. The Owner's Lounge is beautiful and needs to be used more for functions.
157. Bella Roma Cafe area needs some work.
158. My sense is only one clubhouse is necessary...where ES is the best. If not done so already, I suggest closing LP from April-Oct. to save AC, etc. 159. The bar area needs significant updating. The ballroom looks like a cafeteria. The areas are not appealing, as somewhere you’d like to take friends or when showing the facility to guests. I think a lot of good ideas may be out there for improvement. It would be mice to set up an outside bar and BBQ area that is staffed.
160. Would like a couple of card tables in the Billiard room as it is very underused.
161. ES needs a fresh coat of paint down the hallway from the ballroom, to the West Room, to the Mail room, & out to the pool. @ ES The door handles by the mailroom are in bad shape. The steps need to be painted on the west end of ES. 162. The Activities storeroom needs a serious sorting and cleaning. I understand a volunteer used to do some work in this regard. Perhaps a return to this means of control would help.

164. Whoever ok’d tile on the pool deck should be beaten, what a waste of money.

166. I am an owner but have not yet been able to spend much time there. My wife and I are planning on spending a month there fall 2020. I toured the facilities about 5 years ago.

168. I know a lot of money was spent on sound system...WHY IS IT SO CRUMMY?
169. I feel the exterior of LP needs to be updated. It is the first thing people see as they come into the resort. 170. The clubhouses need updating in looks i.e. move it out of the 70’s look and give it some personality. Need more access to electrical connection for all the electronics people use today. I know the space for various gatherings are at a premium so would recommend installing portable soundproof walls similar to what hotels use in their ballrooms.
171. East Room in LP needs acoustics
172. Speaker system needs an upgrade
173. New curtains and paint the beams white and get new lights more modern need to be brighter
174. We don't go to the ES clubhouse except for the Owners’ Lounge and library.
