199. The clubhouses’ interiors are very outdated. While clean, they look old
200. More smaller 4 person tables needed at La Palma, hard to play 4 person card games at such big tables.

202. The pool tiles at ES were a waste of owners’ money. They are always filthy and very slippery. Have had people fall. Terrible job on the tile around the ES pool area!!! Need to move the AED over by the shut off valve instead of where it is. Should not have to walk through rocks and bushes in an emergency to retrieve the AED.

204. Who chose the es pool decking? It is terrible. When wet it’s slippery and the white gets dirty and looks terrible 205. Kitchen at ES has been a disaster. No club events this year because of very poor handling of upgrade. 206. Very nice, where most events are held-beautifully redone kitchen with high end finishes 207. Please make sure the big screen TV works. Seems too many people have thought they knew how to use it, and they don’t know how, so it won’t work at all! Better instructions and a simple users’ guide so we all can enjoy it! 208. Bar open times are better than last year, but events seem to wreak havoc with bar stools, table areas, open times, and general functionality 209. The kitchen and renovations in the ES have been ongoing since Nov 2019 when we arrived. I was totally dissatisfied. This project should have been monitored by a building inspector earlier. This renovation should have taken place in the slow season between April 15- Nov 1st, not during peak season. 210. Bar needs to be remodeled and open more that doesn’t conflict with other Activities! Pergola needs to be partially enclosed to provide for sale. Food and drinks on a daily basis!
