269. Marge's Snack Bar needs to have the non-functioning hood (which was a mistake) taken out and best use addressed for this space and also for salon. Open Bar Area needs nicer and more comfortable stools similar to Owner's Lounge installed. Cannot comment on kitchen as it's not been usable this season. Pergola area is great but needs to be cleaned every day as well as pool deck (best in evening so it can dry overnight instead of morning when foot traffic is high on wet deck). Many times when we stop to use Pergola the decking is dirty with spills combined with dirt. Days go by and it's not cleaned. Pool deck is stained and not ever scrubbed. It's porcelain so it should clean up - right?? No warranty?? Cleaning in Owner's Lounge has suffered - dusty fireplace, no soap in dispensers, crud in corners, dings on walls not repaired, stains on carpet, broken wobbly tables in MPR where card play takes place. West room needs to become a multi-purpose room which was its original design available to all groups to use for numerous activities. Fused glass should not be held in the card room (MPR) where glass could get in carpet or where food is served. Activities such as this should be held in West room where a hard surface floor exists. Women's restroom in ES always has toilets that do not flush. Need activity flyers available in L&E not just bulletin board in laundry. 270. I would like to see more carpet cleaning, power washing outside entrances and pool deck. 271. Needs updating. More rooms for groups to gather. Finish off outdoor meeting area outside owners’ lounge. Pergola it and make larger. Maybe also something similar at LP clubhouse area.

273. I feel the pool deck is unsafe being very slippery to walk on. The choice of finish is also impractical appearing dirty except after cleaning. The showers are also unsafe. If one were to suffer a medical emergency or fall there is no way of alerting assistance. When the doors are closed it would be difficult to hear a call for help. The automatic flush is the lady’s toilets has not worked for 2 seasons. 274. Kitchen in LP is in terrible shape...look under the sink! It’s rotting...we clearly require more maintenance...all facilities should be inspected every year and maintenance continually be done. Pool areas need to be upgraded on the older satellites. More lighting outside of the LP clubhouse. 275. 1. Pool and Pool Deck unappealing, tired, in need of renovation and often scarily unclean. 2. Hot Tubs need replacing or renovating. So popular but so very out of date and unprofessional. 3. Walkway between tennis courts is usually dirty, unwashed and never blown. The black fence and gate are filthy and covered in dust and grime. It is never washed and cleaned despite requests. 276. Ballroom stage need repair due to wood splintering. Kitchen was not used so dissatisfied. Ice machine drain does not have proper clearance from floor drain grill, need min. of 1 inch. 277. First thing is take out all carpet at ES ballroom, it looks bad, does not get cleaned and stains are everywhere. Please clubhouse always looks dark inside don’t know what would improve that. Clean the lights at ES they look dirty have made remarks four 4 years and still dirty, (the class globes on the main ballroom lights). Fix the toilets and sinks as they break, instead of them leaking for long time.
