3. Receive applications and establish files for all submitted sketch plans, preliminary and final plats, replats, final plats for small tracts, lot splits and vacations. 4. When necessary, forward copies of preliminary plats and final plats for small tracts to other appropriate governmental agencies and utility providers, for their comments and recommendations. 5. Review and compile a list of comments on all preliminary plats to determine whether they comply with these Subdivision Regulations. a. Also review and compile a list of comments on all final plats to determine whether they comply with the preliminary plat. 6. Forward information to the Subdivision Committee or the Planning Commission, as appropriate, for consideration. Information includes sketch plans, preliminary plats, final plats, replats, and lot splits, together with the Subdivision Administrator's list of comments and recommendations. 7. Forward all pertinent data and drawings for subdivision cases to the Governing Body, as appropriate. a. Following approval by the Planning Commission, forward all final plats, replats, and final plats for small tracts. b. Following review by the Planning Commission, forward Planning Commission recommendations on vacations. 8. Make determinations and decisions as may be required by these Subdivision Regulations.

ARTICLE 3. ADMINISTRATION 100 Administrative Responsibilities

A. With duties as described in this Article, the following officials and units of City government are responsible for administering

these Subdivision Regulations: 1. Subdivision Administrator. 2. City Clerk. 3. Subdivision Committee. 4. Planning Commission. 5. Governing Body.

B. A Homeowners Association which owns commonly held land and facilities in a subdivision or planned unit development is responsible for long-term operation and maintenance of such land or facilities. 101 Duties of Subdivision Administrator A. The Subdivision Administrator or their designated representative administers the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations, and must: 1. Assist the Planning Commission when they consider subdivision applications. 2. Facilitate the subdivision process. a. Inform Subdividers of procedures, and provide them with necessary application and administrative forms. b. Convey the decisions of the Planning Commission to Subdividers.
