B. Requirements in All Districts. When structures are built, moved or structurally altered, or when structures or land are used, occupied or designed for use or occupancy, requirements for the following structures and uses apply in all zoning districts. 1. Accessory structures and uses and temporary structures and uses must meet the requirements defined in Zoning Regulations Article 7. 2. Off-Street Parking and Loading. Off-street parking and off-street loading spaces must meet the requirements defined in Zoning Regulations Article 6. 3. Home Occupations. Any home occupation which is established, altered, extended, enlarged or moved must either comply with permitted uses, conditions and use limitations, or meet the requirements for home occupations
C. Zoning Lot Size. Each zoning district has restrictions on the size and proportions of the zoning lots within it. 1. Zoning lot size requirements apply when structures are built, moved or structurally altered, and when structures or land are used, occupied or designed for use or occupancy. 2. Unless otherwise provided for in these Zoning Regulations, each zoning district's zoning lot size requirements must be met. a. Exception for Condominiums: Minimum zoning lot size requirements do not apply to each individual dwelling unit in a condominium, but instead are applied collectively to the condominium's common open space. (See COMMON OPEN SPACE.) (1) The zoning district's minimum zoning lot width and depth requirements apply to a condominium's entire zoning lot. D. Ratio of Zoning Lot Depth to Width. 1. Lot Depth is the distance between the midpoint of the front lot line and the midpoint of the rear lot line (see LOT DEPTH) . Lot Width is measured at the front yard building setback line, at right angles to the lot depth line (see LOT WIDTH) . 2. The proportions of a zoning lot must not exceed the following depth to width ratios, unless the Applicant can demonstrate a hardship in the effective use of the property would result. a. Generally, a single-family detached residential zoning lot must have a lot depth no more than 2.5 times its width ( D ≤ 2.5W ). b. Generally, a n onresidential zoning lot must have a lot depth no more than 3 times its width ( D ≤ 3W ).

4. Signs. Signs which are built, altered, enlarged or moved must meet the requirements for signs defined in Zoning Regulations Article 8.
