For a Site Plan approved by the Zoning Administrator, a signed Site Plan Approval Certificate , as shown below, will be provided by the Zoning Administrator on the first page of the approved Site Plan. 3.3 — Application Requirements This chapter describes the calculations and documentation required to submit a Site Plan Approval application. The Zoning Administrator uses a set of 4 Checklists of Application Requirements (Chapter 3.5.2) during technical review, to make sure that applications are complete. 3.3.1 — Application Requirements for Zoning Administrator Approval 3.3.2 — Application Requirements for Preliminary Review 3.3.3 — Application Requirements for Final Review 3.3.4 — Application Requirements for Building Construction, Exterior Remodeling, Additions, and Parking Lots
3.3.5 — Application Requirements for Signs 3.3.6 — Application Requirements for Lighting

3.3.2 — Application Requirements for Preliminary Review A. If the Applicant chooses a Two-stage Review Process , the stage-one Preliminary Application should include any sketches or other materials necessary to portray the basic concept and the approach to planning the project. 1. All preliminary documents must be clearly labeled PRELIMINARY . 2. Submit a ll drawings for Preliminary Review to the Zoning Administrator, who will provide them to the SPRC. a. Provide 14 prints of all application drawings on letter (8 ½ "x11") or tabloid (11"x17") size paper. Provide at least one set in color. 3. Provide color photos of the project site and its immediate surroundings.
3.3.1 — Application Requirements for Zoning Administrator Approval
A. The Zoning Administrator determines appropriate application requirements for Site Plan Approval by the Zoning Administrator. Requirements may include the following: 1. A drawing or a photograph of the proposed changes. 2. Material and color samples. B. Provide 5 prints of all application drawings on letter (8 ½ "x11") or tabloid (11"x17") size paper. Provide at least one set in color. 1. Provide a digital file of all submitted documents to the Zoning Administrator.
