Phillips & Jordan’s (P&J) Pipeline Group provides right-of-way (ROW) clearing, maintenance, and reclamation services as well as erosion control, mat handling, and fencing services for the construction of intrastate and interstate pipeline systems throughout the United States. Over the past 15 years, P&J has cleared over 2,500 miles of pipeline ROW for major projects including the Rockies Express Pipeline, the largest natural gas pipeline built in the United States in more than 20 years at the time of its construction and one of the largest ever built in North America, and the Ruby Pipeline which was the first carbon-neutral gas pipeline in the United States.
