Well-led Clinical audit strengthens governance, demonstrating leadership, oversight, and commitment to continuous improvement.
3.4 Safeguarding We are committed to ensuring that patients, service users, and staff are supported within an environment that promotes and protects their emotional, financial, and physical safety. A designated safeguarding lead and deputy are in place at NPC, supported by local safeguarding leads and deputies across clinical services to provide effective oversight and leadership.
Clear and accessible safeguarding information is available across all services, ensuring both clinical and administrative teams understand how to seek support when concerns arise. This includes guidance on contacting Local Authority safeguarding teams, as well as the organisational safeguarding lead or deputy, for advice, reporting, and the escalation of concerns.
