The post holder will ensure robust and successful programme management for all capital projects by delivering all aspects (time, budget and quality) including effective risk management and effective reporting of progress in line with the University’s oversight and governance requirements. The post holder will ensure the Project team has the required capability and capacity to successfully deliver the University’s capital programme. Highly effective and efficient Project Management processes and discipline will need formalising across the full project lifecycle for the mutual benefit of University stakeholders, the in-house project team and external consultants/contractors.
