Based on the simple and proven formula SING-TALK-READ-WRITE- PLAY, these Storytimes provide opportunities for your child to engage with the written word in fun ways while providing examples for parents and caregivers of how they can read to and with their children. All you need is 15 minutes a day to make an impact. And that’s where the 1,000 BOOKS BEFORE KINDERGARTEN program comes in. It may sound like a big number, but it adds up quickly—if you read just one book each night, you’ll reach 1,095 books in just three years. Using our dedicated Beanstack app tracker, you’ll be surprised how quickly you reach that goal. So join us— the Storytime Experts —this fall! We have over 150 free Simple Steps Storytime sessions available in our branches. Just stop by, no reservations needed.
