Legal Service Award to Simmons for his service as a municipal judge. In addition to his legal career, Rev. Dr. Simmons was a licensed minister. In 1988, he earned a Master of Divinity from Erskine Theology Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree in 2004 from Columbia Theological Seminary located in Decatur, GA. He was senior Pastor at Carey Hill Baptist Church in Edgefield, SC. In 1997, he founded Universal Ministries Christian Fellowship Church in Aiken, SC. He later also served in the church ministry leadership respec- tively at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church and Ebenezer Baptist Church both located in Atlanta, GA. Brother Rev. Dr. Reginald D. Simmons is preceded in death by his parents and brother Kenneth Davis. He is survived by his wife Danielle Butler Simmons, daughters Alexandra N. Simmons and Victoria L. Simmons, son B. Daniel Sim- mons, brother James (Celia) Simmons and a host of relatives, colleagues and friends. Stephen D. Sneed 1949–2018 Associate College Dean

man, WA prior to arriving at Williams College located in Williamstown, MA. He served for 25 years as the Associate Dean of the College retiring in 2015. Among his many professional achieve- ments, he became an Assistant Dean at the age of 23, received a Fulbright Scholarship to Malawi, Africa, and was named as Ebony ® Magazine's Bachelor of the Year. His passion for education extended beyond the U.S. borders with phil- anthropic efforts, including funding schools and building homes in Malawi, clean water efforts in the country and supporting charitable efforts between the Methodist church and centers of faith in Malawi. Brother Stephen Sneed is survived by his wife, Frances Jones-Sneed; his moth- er, Ophelia Sneed; nine children: Ste- phen James; Jamal Mangrum; Kamweli Wilson; Amina Wilson; Kareem Sneed; Kesha Sneed; Stacy Sneed; Stephanie Sneed; and James Sneed; twelve grand- children and two great-grandchildren; sister Sheilda; sister Rhonda Jivers and a host of loving family, colleagues and friends. his collegiate career. After college, Sutton worked in various jobs in his hometown of La Grange GA, most notably as football coach at Daw- son Street Christian School. Brother Vince Sutton is survived by his mother, Ms. Maxine Sutton; sister, Tonya Simpson; sons: Kevin Reese, Derami Sutton, Jonathon Sutton, Jaylen Sutton, and Michael Sneed; grandson, Christian Sutton; the mother of his chil- dren, Debbie Brand Sutton; and a host of relatives and friends. The LaGrange (GA) City Council voted unanimously rename for a portion of Niles Street as Vince Sutton Boulevard. Robert E. Terrell 1943–2018 Ft. Worth City Manager Brother Robert Earl on October 4, 1943 to Rosie and Albert (Jack) Terrell. At a young age, he and his family moved to Jackson, MS where he completed his high school education at Jim Hill High School. He started his college education at Tougaloo Southern Christian College and subsequently transferred after one year to Kansas University in Lawrence, KS where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduation, he taught elemen- tary school in Kansas City, KS prior to becoming an Assistant Director at a community center, Turner House, and later became its Executive Director. In 1973, he returned to KU and earned a Master of Public Administration degree. In 1974, he relocated to Fort Worth, TX as a Budget Analyst for the City of Fort Worth. In 1977 he left his position to become executive director of a start-up non-profit agency, Fort Worth Eco- nomic Development Corporation, which “Bob” Terrell (Mu 1962) entered the Chapter Invisible on September 22, 2018 at the age of 74. on August 19, 1949, Sneed was the first of three children and was raised in Brooklyn, NY, where he graduated from New York Technical Community College before receiving his bachelor's and mas- ter's degree in business from Western Michigan University.
