JUNIOR PROVINCE VICE POLEMARCHS' ROLL CALL

South Central Province: Jeremy Patterson (Beta Lambda 2017)

Jeremy C. Patterson, the son of James Patterson and Venus Loffman, is a rising Criminal Justice Major at Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee. Jer- emy is a native of Cleveland, Mississippi, and is a 2015 graduate of Rosa Fort High School in Tunica, Mississippi. He has taken an active role in various programs and activities at Lane College. Jeremy is currently serves as SGA President of Lane College, Vice President of NPHC, Vice President of Pre-Alumni Council, and Chairman of the Activity Board. Jeremy currently works with the athletic department program serv- ing as the Student Linebacker Coach and Quality Control Coordinator for

the Lane College Football Team. He is mentored by Derrick Burroughs, Athletic Director and Head Football Coach. Jeremy previously served as the Head Football Coach for a semi-pro team in Cleveland, Mississippi from 2012-2015. He completed a record of (41-9) and back-to-back Magnolia League football championships. He is a 2017 initiate of the Beta Lambda Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. His excep- tional leadership skills and charisma positioned him to be elected as Polemarch (President) of the Beta Lambda Chapter (2017-2018) as well as being elected as the South-Central Province

(Region) Undergraduate Board Member from Region 3 (2017-2018) and most recent been elected as the South Central Prov- ince Junior Province Vice Polemarch(2018-2019) along with being selected to server on the South Central Bylaws Commit- tee, South Central Health & Wellness Committee , and Co-Chairman of Achievement Academy of the J Province. Jeremy also serves as the Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Patterson Pro Academy, a nonprofit organization designed to help “Engage, Educate and Empower” young men. Jeremy is very involved in community service endeavors. He has participated in serving meals to the homeless and mentor- ing young students. He is a distinguished achiever: academically and athletically. He strives for excellence in all fields of human endeavor.

Southwestern Province: Blake Jackson (Gamma Sigma 2017) Blake Jackson is a proud member of the Gamma Sigma Chapter at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He was initiated in Spring 2017. Blake is currently a senior majoring in Industrial technology Manage- ment and Applied Engineering with an emphasis in manufacturing. He is also a committed leader on campus. Blake is a proud member of both the STEM program and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). As a student, Blake has had the opportunity to intern for two consecutive years with General Electric Aviation in Cincinnati, Ohio. This past summer, he was also afforded the opportunity to intern at Northrop

Grumman Aerospace Systems in Palmdale, California. After graduation, Blake’s goal is to secure a full-time position with an aerospace company as well as pursue a master’s degree in his field of study. As an undergraduate, Blake has continually served the Gamma Sigma Chapter. He was previ- ously Keeper of Records and currently serves as its Vice Polemarch. As a campus leader, he has also served as Vice President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC). Through these

positions, Blake was able to plan and organize multiple events on campus as well as several local community service projects. During his spare time, Blake enjoys working out, playing basketball, going to social events with friends and most importantly spending quality time with his family.
