Training The CIPP offers CPD certified * training courses to suit any requirements. The Institute trains over 2,000 individuals a year ** and courses are available for delivery nationwide, in-house, and online. Q: What designatory letters can I use after my name? A: Associate members and above can use the CIPP membership designatory letters as follows: ACIPP (associate) MCIPP (full) FCIPP (fellow) Ch prefix (Chartered e.g. ChFCIPP) A: We don’t allow the use of the CIPP logo on personal communications. Using your designatory letters after your name will show people you are part of the CIPP membership family. If you want to further demonstrate your commitment to the industry, consider Chartered membership (our highest level of professional recognition); or the Payroll Assurance Scheme (our quality assessment accreditation). Both of these come with a logo for you to display on your communications. For more information visit cipp.org.uk . Q: Can I use the CIPP logo to show that I am a member? Q: Do I have to log my continuing professional development (CPD)? A: It is essential that all payroll, pension and reward professionals are kept up to date with changes in the industry. Logging CPD allows you to keep track of the learning and development you have completed; and to

CPD works best when it has a purpose and the CIPP logging tool relies on you setting your own learning objectives to log your activities against.
