b. Permits evaluation of the prospective customer’s expectations to ensure the customer does not expect high-risk work to be performed. c. Permits work to be undertaken only when the limitations of MOLLY MAID service have been presented: no climbing, no strong chemicals, etc. 2. After securing service, the owner conducts periodic “Quality Checks” to be sure that circumstances of the housecleaning have not changed, including workplace safety considerations, including: a. Proper use of the MOLLY MAID cleaning system, including proper cleaning procedures, sequences, chemical use, etc. by all employees. b. Observation of the customer’s home to make sure no unsafe conditions have developed. c. Inspection of equipment and chemicals used to make sure everything is suitable for use and in good repair. 3. MOLLY MAID vehicles are periodically inspected both for your safety and the safety of the general public. a. Weekly, the vehicles are inspected by the business owner for proper tire wear and inflation pressure, fluid levels, visibility impairment, body damage, operating condition of lights, signals, wipers, etc. b. During routine maintenance, the service facility is instructed, and required, to provide a safety check of the tires, suspension, exhaust, steering, etc., to ensure all vehicles are road-worthy. c. MOLLY MAID vehicles are clearly and distinctly identified with prominent phone numbers on both sides and the rear of the car, which permits ease of reporting, should unsafe, discourteous driving be observed. d. Where required, vehicles are inspected in accordance with State Motor Vehicle Department guidelines. 4. All employees are responsible for observing workplace conditions and identifying, reporting, and documenting hazards. Team leaders are required to leave such information on notes written to customers and to report such information to the franchise owner. In addition, immediate verbal notification to the safety officer is required. 4.7 Supervision The MOLLY MAID system has clearly defined lines of supervision for all operational aspects of the business, including health and safety. The entire safety program and its implementation is the responsibility of the safety officer. Day-to-day operations must be carried out in accordance with MOLLY MAID safety procedures. No employee shall knowingly require, request, or perform any work activity of an unsafe or unhealthy nature, including:
