2. NEVER use a cell phone while driving. 3. Doors must always be kept locked and windows rolled up whenever appropriate. 4. Observe all traffic rules and regulations. 5. Use safe, cautious, and courteous driving techniques. 6. NEVER operate the vehicle while incapable of safely doing so due to alcohol use, drug use (prescription or non-prescription), drowsiness, physical impairment, or emotional stress. 7. NEVER drive with vision impaired by mud, snow, ice, condensation on windows, equipment inside the vehicle, or by improperly adjusted rear-view mirrors. 8. Exercise extreme caution in bad weather involving fog, wet or slippery street surfaces, snow and ice. Do not drive on slippery surfaces without hazardous surface driving instruction. 9. NEVER back the vehicle up without full assurance of a clear area behind you, and assurance that you are not backing into the path of another vehicle or pedestrian. Ask for another employee to assist you when backing up in conditions of restricted visibility. 10. Report all unsafe conditions, or unusual characteristics of the vehicle (leaks, fumes, odors, vibrations, etc.). 11. NEVER operate the vehicle without properly operating headlights, brake lights, or turn signals. Notify Employer immediately if said items are not working properly. 12. Keep a constant check on recommended fluid levels (especially oil, engine coolant, transmission fluid) and tire pressures. Notify Employer immediately if fluid levels or tire pressures are low. 13. DO NOT operate the vehicle with the engine idling and the windows closed for more than a few minutes. Exhaust fumes can be lethal. 14. NEVER smoke or have an open flame when refueling or servicing anything under the engine hood. 15. ALWAYS tighten the gas cap until you hear it click when refueling. 16. NEVER remove the radiator cap when engine is hot. 17. DO NOT jump start the vehicle without proper training in safe procedures. 18. NEVER push or tow another vehicle or permit the MOLLY MAID vehicle to be pushed or towed except by an authorized service facility. 19. NEVER park the vehicle in accident-prone places. 20. NEVER park the vehicle at or near places not in keeping with the MOLLY MAID image, including but not limited to bars, taverns, casinos, distributors of X-rated material, or X-rated theaters. 21. NEVER eat while operating the vehicle.
