SENIOR SHIPPING CLERK/EXPEDITOR Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Shipping Clerk is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office shipping department including accountability for preparing shipping documentation for all dangerous goods, domestic and international cargo.
RESPONSIBILITIES : - Prepare all shipping documentation of dangerous goods, US customer accounts and international shipments - Provide expertise in export regulations - General clerical duties including data entry, invoices, processing credit card payments and other duties as required - Assist Procurement in expediting vendor shipments
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: -
Secondary High School Graduate Diploma Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of shipping regulations
