Jimmy is clear about his long-term focus. “I don’t want to be building homes,” he says. “I want to be the material supplier.” The model centers on regional licensing and production facilities. A Scalable Model “You want to talk about a forever home? This is a home structure forever.” Finishes can change. Roof styles can change. Interiors can evolve. “But the steel core structure is still there,” he says. “And you can’t put your finger through that wall anywhere.” The structural cost premium, he estimates, runs roughly 10 to 15 percent over traditional framing. “How can it be too much,” he asks, “to build a home that’s going to last forever?”
