4.16 Do you have unlimited Usage of SEKO’s Internet, E-Mail, Social Media and Voicemail? As a condition of providing Internet, e-mail, voicemail and other internal and external telecommunications system access to its employees, SEKO places certain restrictions on workplace use of these telecommunications systems. SEKO encourages employee use of the internet to communicate with fellow employees and clients regarding matters within an employee’s assigned duties, to acquire information related to, or designed to facilitate the performance of regularly assigned duties - and to facilitate performance of any task or project in a reasonably prudent business manner. Please be advised that your use of the internet, e-mail, social media, voicemail and other internal and external telecommunication systems access, provided by SEKO, is subject to the following provisions: telecommunications systems are the property of SEKO and may only be used for authorized business purposes. SEKO reserves the right to monitor, copy, delete and disclose all documents, data, messages and files stored on SEKO’s systems. Accordingly, employees should have no expectation of privacy with respect to their usage of these systems. (ii)  EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITY: Employees are responsible for the material they review and download on the Internet and e-mail system. Employees are responsible for providing the Chief Information or Technology Officer with copies of all passwords, as SEKO maintains a master list of such passwords. (iii)  PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: Unless otherwise approved by your manager for work purposes, participating in personal instant messaging or chatrooms is prohibited. Additionally, sending, displaying, printing, or otherwise disseminating material that is fraudulent, harassing, illegal, embarrassing, sexually explicit, obscene, intimidating, or defamatory is prohibited. Employees encountering such material should report it to their supervisor immediately or, in his or her absence, to the Human Resources Department. (i)  OWNERSHIP: SEKO’s computer and

(iv)  PROHIBITED USES: Employees may not use SEKO’s internet and e-mail resources for commercial or personal advertisements, solicitations, promotions, destructive programs (i.e., viruses and/or self-replicating code), political material, or any other unauthorized use. SEKO’s Internet and e-mail resources should be utilized for business purposes only. (v)  COMMUNICATING INFORMATION: Employees should exercise the same care in drafting e-mails and posting items to newsgroups as they would for any other written communication. Anything created on the computer or Internet may, and likely will, be reviewed by others. (vi)  VIRUS DETECTION: All material downloaded from the Internet or from computers or networks that does not belong to SEKO must be scanned for viruses and other destructive programs before being placed onto SEKO’s computer system. (vii)  ACCESS TO E-MAIL AND VOICEMAIL: You are to access and use only the e-mail and voicemail boxes which have been assigned to you. You are responsible for the security of your e-mail and/ or voicemail messages and you are expected to retrieve your e-mail and voicemail messages on a regular basis. You are not to access another employee’s e-mail and/or voicemail without the other employee’s or the Chief Information or Technology Officer’s express consent. If another employee gains access to your e-mail and/or voicemail account(s) without your knowledge and permission, and uses either account in violation of this policy, please contact the Human Resources Department. If you are out of the office for an extended period of time, you are expected to change your voicemail greeting so that callers are informed of your absence and the date when you expect to return.
