For each rank, Field Service faculty should choose the applicable categories below and organize them in order of professional focus. Next, required and supporting criteria and metrics should be developed for each applicable category (professionalism must be included), in collaboration with one’s division director, using those criteria and metrics listed in in the Research, Clinical, or Educator faculty tracks as a starting point.
