A must-have for every electrician’s toolbox, the Back Box Repair Clip – supplied by CESCO - is a simple yet highly- effective solution to lug failure. Extending the lifespan of existing equipment, the product is easy to install while saving time and labour as well as the cost and carbon emissions associated with entirely replacing a back box. The most professional lug repair available on the market today, the Back Box Repair Clip is a two-part calibrated metal clip designed to repair lug failure on metal back boxes without any need to remove and replace the whole unit. Aligning with CESCO’s commitment to a greener, more sustainable future, the innovative product reduces carbon emissions by curbing demand for replacement. RCCB Solutions developed the product after undertaking research to find and design a possible solution to the issue of lug defects occurring on metal electrical back boxes. Comprising a sprung, calibrated and tensioned steel plate against a 1mm galvanised metal M3.5 thread, it clips securely to a back box, allowing face plate adjustment and levelling. A small and inexpensive product, it is the perfect solution to avoid replacement boxes out or finding another solution so the face place can be mounted on the back box, if a lug fails.

Setting a new industry standard for durability and efficiency, Ansell Lighting’s Aztec floodlight range has been an instant commercial success, selling around 100 units a week. Easy to install and robustly built, the lights deliver impressive wattage and lumen output, with the 120W Aztec Symmetrical Floodlight 3 outperforming many 200W products with 22,000 lumens. Streamlining the installation process with a revised design, the range is supplied pre-wired with a hinged, screwless front and loop-in, loop-out terminals, offering easy access to switches and internal wiring. Featuring both asymmetrical and symmetrical beam options to light different environments with precision, the range is ideal for built-up areas such as sports grounds, open car parks and tennis courts where light pollution for neighbours is a consideration. Manufactured from marine- grade aluminium as standard, every product delivers superior corrosion resistance. This makes the products perfect for demanding locations such as coastal environments, chemical plants and swimming pool areas. Technological benefits include standard integrated photocell functionality, eliminating the need to incorporate it as an additional extra. All models are also CCT selectable as standard, providing the flexibility to change colour temperature. This includes a warm white 3000K option that is kinder to the natural environment.
