In 2025, your commitment to excellence helped us experience another strong year of Profit Sharing. An amount equal to 5.7% of your pay was contributed to your 401(k) retirement account. So how much does that mean for you personally? You’ll soon find out, as every associate will be receiving personalized statements showing the dollar amount of Profit Sharing you’ve received the last several years. “ Profit Sharing is a core part of our values, and we are seeing that play out in real time as we've had five consecutive years of contributions that exceed 5.0%, ” says President and Chief Operating Officer BARRY BLAKELY. “ This is a direct result of the strong effort our associates put in every day, and I am excited to see even more success in the future. ” Some ways you can have a positive impact on Profit Sharing: Since our Profit Sharing program began, it has been a consistent presence. In fact, there have been contributions every year and every quarter.
