Year-over-year condo sales increased by 55% in February (to 65) and fell 25% vs January. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 24%, as Coquitlam’s condo market transitioned to seller’s market conditions. The condo benchmark price in February was $523,300, 1.5% above January but 0.4% below February 2018. The average sold price was $508,837 in February (down 6% vs January) while the average PSF sales price was $607 (a 3% decrease vs January).
