There was a 0.6% increase in condo listings in Vancouver East month-over-month (to 347) while February’s listings were up 73% year-over-year. Condo sales increased by 69% from January (to 81) and were down 36% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 23%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment transitioned to seller’s market territory. February’s condo benchmark price was $545,200, 3% above January but 4% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $612,419, a 0.6% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $838, 4% below last month.
