Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,357 in February 2019, 9% above January and 86% higher than in February 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were down 43% in February (to 186), with month-over-month sales increasing 40%. Increasing to 14%, the sales-to-listings ratio transi- tioned to balanced market territory. February’s condo benchmark price of $784,300 was virtually unchanged month-over-month and was 6% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $961,533 at an average PSF sales price of $1,076 (both up 5% month-over-month).
