#503 | Embracing the Shift: Tools for Reducing Tension and Increasing Performance Across Four Generations

Bd Bu

Today’s workplaces include four generations, each with their own norms and values. In this session, we will unpack the root causes of generational differences. Then, we will apply accountability tools to challenging management scenarios—particularly referencing the generational divide between younger (Gen Z/Millennials) and older (Baby Boomers/Gen X) employees. Kathryn Cronin Miller, MSW, LCSW (she/her) is the Founder of A Better Place To Work. She helps social sector organizations overcome people and culture challenges to create engaged, trusting, and high-performing teams. In addition to her consulting work, Kathryn serves on faculty at the University of Colorado-Anschutz School of Medicine.
