#603 | Microdosing Psychedelics in Clinical Practice: A Holistic Framework for Mental Health Integration This session offers mental health clinicians an integrative framework for understanding microdosing psychedelics and its context within clinical practice. Drawing on emerging research and holistic principles, it explores how psilocybin, LSD, and mescaline interact with lifestyle, relational, and psychological factors. Ethical considerations, safety, and scope-of-practice boundaries equip practitioners to recognize, understand, and engage in informed, responsible conversations with clients who may already be exploring microdosing independently.

Jessica Eden, LCSW, LAC, ADS-RT, NMIT is an Integrative Therapist whose work bridges clinical mental health care with spirituality, nature-based healing, and psychedelic-informed practice. Passionate about holistic transformation and community access, she specializes in helping clients explore microdosing and plant-medicine integration as part of a whole-person approach to mental health, harm reduction, and mind/body/spirit connection.
