These gaps are largely located in growing suburban and edge communities, many of which have seen recent residential and commercial development, which present opportunities for increased transit ridership. Notably, Saginaw, Keller, and Park Vista Boulevard have seen high growth and suburban expansion. Grapevine Highway and Chisholm Trail areas include major retail and employment centers that could generate significant ridership if connected. Benbrook and White Settlement are adjacent to existing service areas but lack direct connectivity to the broader network, and Westworth Village sits near major corridors and could serve as a link between western neighborhoods and Downtown Fort Worth. While the analysis primarily focuses on spatial proximity, it is also important to consider transit propensity to fully understand the implications of these gaps. Areas with high population and
