Provides a direct east-west connection, reducing travel delays and enhancing regional access across southern Fort Worth. Reduces rail-related risks by constructing a future grade separation to eliminate a dangerous at-grade rail crossing. A bridge will be constructed over the creek. Closes a major gap in the arterial grid, creating an alternative to I-20 and linking key communities, and supporting job growth and investment near the Carter Industrial Park.
