PROJECT COSTS $44 million (FY 2029 $) JURISDICTION Council District 7
Eliminates the Bailey Boswell roadway gap at Big Fossil Creek, and extends recently built culverts and constructs other essential drainage improvements. Increases traffic capacity in the area, and reduces congestion on parallel roadways (Basswood Boulevard and E. Harmon Road). Provides direct connectivity for pedestrians traveling from neighborhoods to Highland Middle School and neighboring facilities.
