Hemphill Street Rosedale Springs Lane to Sycamore School Road

PROJECT PURPOSE Hemphill Street will be widened from a 2-lane undivided roadway to a 4-lane divided roadway between Rosedale Springs Road and Sycamore School Road. These upgrades are intended to enhance safety, relieve congestion, and support growth in one of Fort Worth’s fastest-developing areas. PROJECT COSTS Estimated Project Delivery Cost $15 million

Significant development activity in the area, including active Preliminary Plats and Community Facilities Agreements (CFA). Serves local traffic accessing the Trails of Willow Creek subdivision and Parkway Elementary School. Will improve connectivity to existing development locally and increase capacity for future roadway extension. Anticipated traffic growth and safety concerns support the need for proactive improvements.
