PROJECT PURPOSE John T White Road will be widened and
reconstructed from a 2-lane undivided roadway to a 4-lane divided roadway between Newport Road and Racquet Club Drive. These upgrades are intended to boost regional connectivity, enhance safety, relieve congestion, and support growth. PROJECT COSTS Estimated Project Delivery Cost $10.6 million
Development activity in the area, including Plats and Community Facilities Agreements (CFA). Serves local traffic accessing the Bentley Village Waterchase Estates and Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal M.I. Templo Logos Church, as well as the commercial area to the west. Connects to the new John T White Road corridor that ultimately connects to W Lamar Boulevard in the future. Anticipated traffic growth and safety concerns support the need for proactive improvements.
