ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS » Wetland Considerations: A channelized stream/ditch crosses Meacham Boulevard west of the project alignment, another wetland appears west of the railroad tracks, and a minor stream crosses the eastern portion of the alignment. » Hazardous Waste: The project area has several areas that might present a Recognized Environmental Condition (REC) including Leaking Petroleum Storage Tanks (LPST) and Hazardous Waste Corrective Action sites. PROJECT COMPLEXITY The top challenges for this project include the UPRR involvement and utility relocations.
