National Payroll Week

MHR – TourDePayroll

This year we really wanted to push the boundaries with our fundraising efforts for National Payroll Week and were delighted to support Rainbows as our nominated charity for MHR’s Tour De Payroll as it does such important work with families in our region. Most of the team had never taken on a personal challenge like this before so we were thrilled to exceed our £5,000 target. Many thanks to the CIPP for the warm welcome given to the team during their stop off at the head office in Solihull on day two, and to all our customers who supported us throughout the five-day event. It gave the team the extra motivation, determination and energy they needed to reach the top of Mount Snowdon.

We celebrated National Payroll Week at our offices across the UK and Ireland. The staff had plenty of food and drink (including branded cupcakes), goody bags, decorations and competitions. They also wanted to recognise and celebrate how payroll has changed over the years, so as it was the 21st anniversary of National Payroll Week, colleagues across the business who have been with us for 21 years or more were interviewed to find out more about their experiences. We even learnt how payroll used to work back in the 1970s!
