Condo listings in Squamish decreased to 63 in November 2019, 16% below October but 9% higher than in November 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were up by 1 in November, while falling by 12 month-over-month (to 12). Falling to 19%, the sales-to-listings ratio reflected balanced market conditions. November’s condo benchmark price of $497,000 was 3% lower month-over-month but 1.9% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $450,583 at an average PSF sales price of $520 (relatively unchanged and down 2%, respectively, month-over-month).
