Thanks to cooperation with Avolta, passengers can now visit this location to access a selection of products that combine already recognisable items from Air Serbia’s retail offer with specially developed products created exclusively for the airport’s Duty Free zone, as perfect gifts for loved ones abroad. The offer includes: T-shirts, travel pillows, bags and toiletry bags decorative souvenirs, such as a unique snow globe featuring an Air Serbia aircraft products made in cooperation with the Etno Network association of handicraft producers With this initiative, Air Serbia is sending a message that each journey begins long before take-off. N acionalna avio-kompanija i vodeća banka na domaćem tržištu potpisale su Pismo o namerama, kojim su ozvaničile početak saradnje na izdavanju „co-brand“ kartice za sve korisnike budućeg programa lojalnosti kompanije Er Srbija. Novi program lojalnosti Er Srbije postaviće nove standarde u nagrađivanju vernosti putnika, nudeći im privilegije i personalizovano iskustvo. – Partnerstvo sa „Banca Intesa“ predstavlja strateški iskorak u našoj viziji da putnicima pružimo vrhunsku uslugu u svakom trenutku. T he national carrier, and Banca Intesa, the leading bank on the Serbian market, have signed a Letter of Intentions, marking the beginning of their cooperation in issuing a co-branded card for all users of Air Serbia’s future loyalty programme. The national carrier’s new loyalty programme will set new standards in rewarding passenger loyalty, offering them privileges and a personalised experience. “Partnership with Banca Intesa is a strategic step forward in our vision of offering top- quality service to our passengers at all times. Our goal is to combine everyday financial activities with the world of travel with an innovative co-branded card, designed with a clear intention – to make our loyalty programme even more attractive and accessible. We want our more than 4.5 million passengers per year to really feel that the company appreciates them and rewards their loyalty adequately. The new card will bring discounts and benefits, and also expand the range of rewards, making everyday shopping a firm step closer towards a new destination,” said Jiří Marek, CEO of Air Serbia. “Banca Intesa, as the market leader, serving 1.5 million clients, in partnership with Air Serbia, will soon launch co- branded Visa debit and credit cards intended for existing and future clients who wish to obtain additional benefits with every trip.
