UNIFORME DOBIJAJU NOVU SVRHU UNIFORMS REPURPOSED NAGRADA ZA ER SRBIJU AWARD FOR AIR SERBIA
E r Srbija je dobitnik nagrade „Diplomacy & Commerce Awards 2026“ za najbolju društveno odgovornu kampanju, za projekat „Uniforme dobijaju novu svrhu“, koji se realizuje u saradnji sa Humanitarnom organizacijom „Dečje srce“. Kampanja ima za cilj da rashodovane uniforme pilotskog i kabinskog osoblja Er Srbije dobiju novu vrednost i svrhu kroz principe cirkularne ekonomije i inkluzije. Uniforme se, kroz kreativan rad članova organizacije „Dečje srce“, transformišu u različite upotrebne predmete, čime se istovremeno doprinosi zaštiti životne sredine i osnaživanju osoba sa smetnjama u razvoju. – Inicijativa „Uniforme dobijaju novu svrhu“ pokazuje kako se odgovorno upravljanje resursima može uspešno povezati sa brigom o zajednici, uz dugoročne društvene i ekološke benefite. Na ovaj način Er Srbija dodatno potvrđuje svoju posvećenost održivom razvoju i pozitivnom uticaju na društvo u kojem posluje. Ova kampanja pokazuje kako se održivost i inkluzija mogu povezati sa vrednostima našeg brenda. Kao kompanija usmerena na putničko iskustvo, verujemo da odgovornost prema zajednici treba da bude sastavni deo poslovanja. Nagrada „Diplomacy & Commerce“ dodeljuje se projektima koji postavljaju visoke standarde u oblasti društvene odgovornosti, a kampanja Er Srbije prepoznata je kao primer inovativnog i održivog pristupa sa jasnim društvenim učinkom.
T he Air Serbia project “Uniforms Given a New Purpose”, which has been implemented in cooperation with humanitarian organisation Child’s Heart (Dečje srce), has won the 2026 Diplomacy & Commerce Award for the best CSR campaign. The campaign aims to create new value and purpose for used pilot and cabin crew uniforms through the principles of the circular economy and inclusion. The uniforms are transformed into various useful items through the creative work of members of the Child’s Heart organisation, thus contributing to both the protection of the environment and the empowerment of people with disabilities. “The initiative Uniforms Given a New Purpose shows how responsible resource management can be successfully combined with care for the community, along with long-term social and environmental benefits. In this way, Air Serbia further confirms its commitment to sustainable development and its positive impact on the community in which it operates. This campaign demonstrates how sustainability and inclusion can be connected with our brand values. As a company focused on the passenger experience, we believe that responsibility towards the community should be an integral part of our operations. We are proud that this initiative has been recognised and awarded,” said Bojana Knežević, Air Serbia Head of Marketing and Guest Experience. The Diplomacy & Commerce Award, which is presented to honour projects that set high standards in the field of corporate social responsibility, recognised Air Serbia’s campaign as an example of an innovative and sustainable approach with a clear societal impact.
