Une cueillette spéciale d’objets lourds (appareils ménagers) et rebuts sera effectuée : Au NORD de BASELINE 24, 25, 26, 27 et 28 septembre 2012 À noter que ces collectes auront encore lieu la même journée que la collecte de vos ordures. Prière de placer vos ordures régulières (3 items) et matières recyclables sur un côté de votre entrée et vos gros objets/rebuts de l’autre côté. The City of Clarence-Rockland is inviting all its residents to prepare for the Fall Clean-up. A special collection of heavy items (household appliances) and rubbish will be made: NORTH of BASELINE September 24, 25, 26, 27 & 28, 2012
SOUTH of BASELINE October 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5, 2012
Please note that the special collection will be done on the same day as your garbage collection. Your regular garbage (3 items) and recyclable products should be placed on the same side of your entrance and your heavy items/rubbish should be placed on the other side. Also, you may bring your unwanted articles to the MUNICIPAL LANDFILL SITE at 2335 Lalonde, Bourget at no charge except for appliances containing CFC (freon), applicable charges will apply:
September 28th and 29th, 2012 October 5th & 6th, 2012 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Only cars, pick-up trucks and utility trailers will be accepted free of charge.

EXCEPTIONS: We will not pick up: • tires • animal carcasses
• construction materials, wood, wood with nails, dry wall, earth, big stones, rocks, bricks, asphalt paving, patio stones • hazardous materials, manufacturing & liquid waste • propane tanks • vehicle bodies, vehicle parts, truck caps, boats • organic yard waste (bush, trees, grass, leaves, stumps, etc.) • blue box and black box recyclable materials • electronics (TV, radio, DVD etc…) Note: Only the refrigerators or similar appliances with appropriate sticker from a certified household appliance technician stating item is free of CFC (Freon) will be picked up. Doors must be removed. (Other examples: water cooler, dehumidifier, freezer, air conditioner, etc.) YOUR WASTE SHALL BE PLACED ON THE GROUND AND NOT ON A TRAILER OR PLATFORM. YOUR WASTE WILL BE PICKED UP IN REASONABLE QUANTITIES NO MORE THAN 4’ X 8’ X 4’ HIGH. ANY QUANTITY EXCEEDING THESE DIMENSIONS WILL NOT BE PICKED UP. THE METAL MUST BE PLACED APART BECAUSE IT WILL BE PICKED UP SEPARATELY.
The Recreation department offers gymnastic for girls 3 years old and older. Those classes will be held at the Carrefour-Jeunesse gymnasium in Rockland
