not tapped into half of it. There’s a huge potential for this centre. With what I’ve managed to achieve in a few years, we could tap into a hell of a lot more work. That’s the mindset we need. Now that I’ve got a manager, I am starting to get out meeting customers and it’s paying off. There are customers out there that I’ve been serving for five years and we’ve never seen each other. That’s terrible. The next step in building that customer relationship is having the personal aspect, where the customer knows your face.

This morning I went round to look at an installation we’ve been asked to do for a local customer who we have a fantastic relationship with. It’s little things like

with its own procurement team. I now have a few contacts in there and we’ve already supplied one order and I’ve got another two on the go. Ultimately success in business, large or small, is all about building strong relationships and delivering on
