Able to liaise with customers at all levels on a one to one basis or in groups. Knowledge of statutory regulations relating to pressure vessles, British Standrds, Legionella, COSHH, CDM Regulations, Statutory Regulations and HASAW Act and should be familiar with Permit Work systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse range of individuals including written reports and presentations you will also possess a solid attention for detail and accuracy. Designing M&E installations using sustainable techniques such as BREEAM/Ska Experience, knowledge and ability to use online databases/registers Experience of operating within a documented Quality Management System Knowledge of integrated database systems such as PLANNON, MASS etc Experience of ‘Soft Landings’ techniques. Good all-round organisational skills and an ability to plan own workload Computer literate and experience of database management and record keeping systems Display sound business sense and project management skills; Have excellent all-round judgement and communication skills (both oral and written) and a good personal manner Be able to work independently towards agreed goals, with a very high degree of professional integrity and trustworthiness Be service oriented and willing to provide support to a wide variety of end-users including external providers in order to achieve the organisations objectives for the management of drawing information Must demonstrate initiative, flexibility and ability to work under pressure Good interpersonal skills, able to work well within a team and to influence best practice as part of a team Proactive approach and self motivated Analytical and organised. Able to work to suite site conditions, including working outside core hours, weekend working on occasions and across all University sites, both on and off Campus sometimes at short notice. Use of own vehicle to attend sites off Campus, (UoL vehicle expenses reimbursed) Hold current driving licence
