8. QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE BONUS: MONTHLY REQUIREMENTS & CASH REBATES

In addition to monthly pay-outs, INUKA rewards Members that maintain Emerald Status and beyond for all 3 months in any INUKA Quarter (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul -Sep, Oct-Dec). Members receive an additional R3,000, R10,000, R25,000, R50,000, R100,000, R250,000 and R600,000 per quarter for maintaining Emerald, Sapphire, Diamond, Double Diamond, Triple Diamond, Executive Diamond and Presidential Diamond Status respectively. Quarterly Maintenance involves an ongoing interest in the INUKA Business by recruiting, training and supporting your downline and therefore requires activity and efforts above the minimum standard. 9. ONGOING SUPPORT & AFTERSALES SERVICE

Our dedicated INUKA Team offers friendly advice and support to assist our Members to ultimately grow an ongoing and sustainable business on your journey to financial freedom. We invite and encourage Members to have regular contact with our Call Centre and Helpdesk. They are just as passionate about your goals as you and are there to also offer Aftersales support. We can be reached via SMS, email or a phone call.

9.1. SIMO Member Website Portal SIMO is your INUKA website assistant that will give you access to your Member Portal.

Visit www.inuka.co.za and click on the Member login button. Once you have logged into your personal SIMO Portal you will have access to your sales reports, a list of Members in your personal downline and a variety of downloads to assist you with your INUKA Business.

9.2. Updated Sales Reports

There are 2 ways to receive your updated sales reports: • RSA MEMBERS: Send a SMS to 34055 from the cell phone number that is registered for the Member on our database. If the SMS is not sent from the correct cell number the Member will not receive a report. Only type the following and nothing else in the SMS: @report • ALL MEMBERS: Log onto our website at www.inuka.co.za with your Member code and confidential SIMO password.
